Its been awhile since your own last posted something here, but yes...am back. I have been busy of late but i realized i will never be free in my life again. Yes i love restaurants and that is the sole reason why i always write about them. I happened to work in a place where there were no structures in place but the restaurant was operating! my initial observation at this particular restaurant, was that staff didnt know what to do, everybody seemed to be in a confusion, pulling here and there for the sake of survival.
my second day at the place as i observed, the environment was very volatile and this was evident in the high staff turnover!! Being somebody new, i took a risk to accept the "contract" of three months and this was given by the owner. The reason why staff would leave was simple. they were always sacked by the owner including his managers partly due to gossip. The owner would empower the manager and again removes power from him
Instead of putting up proper structures, he would always violate them and do the contrary.
